Job Description

At University Growth Fund, we help university students fundamentally change their career trajectories by gaining real-world experience in the exclusive world of private equity. Unlike other internships, student interns are empowered to evaluate and make investments in leading technology startups alongside world-class venture capitalists. This experience, coupled with our robust training program, results in exceptional student outcomes, including a 100%+ pay premium at graduation compared to their peers in many of the most prestigious jobs in high finance. We are growing our firm to bring this impact to more students and looking for a highly-qualified chief of staff to work closely with our executive team to help us.

  • Support in donation and grant fundraising activities
  • Ensure a clean and professional office environment
  • Assist with scheduling and travel arrangements
